Significance of Good Health
YOU... can employ someone to drive the car for you, make money for you but you cannot have someone to bear the sickness for you.
Material things lost can be found. But there is one thing that can never be found when it is lost – “Life”.

Heath is not just absence of disease but it mean physical,mental & social well being of person ."well being means think good for other and get good input from society or intake positiveness.
Today the young generation thinking more over that is "Six Pack is the Indication of good health but I think Stamina building exercise make you much better than other
Some point that really help you to stay healthy in this pandemic situation.....
----- You can perform you basic yoga activities on your mat, and Stretching exercise
----- Walking on roof is good idea or you can go to nearby park.
If you are professional or want to become professional you need to make your Easy routine that make you fit and fine like set your exercise goal of 60 min in a day. 20 min before bath, 20 mins before breakfast 20 mins before lunch as the case may be you can follow .
Proper intake of water it also help to us .
This pandemic taught so many thing like avoiding outside food & give opportunity to them who did not spend time with family.......

I thought if you feel lethargic then you are not involve in physical activities that why you feel laziness. ......... with physical activities you can also use herbal tea,black coffee ,with hot water
And the Big question arise in the mind of students might be a.....
"when does we will study"if we do these things and answer is if you do these thing then you can do something in life.
